Products

The model package is yours - you bought it, you own it. You are not renting it or licensing it. Keep in mind that the data is copyrighted material, like a book. As such, you are not allowed to make extra copies, nor keep any copies of the materials. You should not sell or give away the model, (ex: bought as a gift, or prize, or sold to an individual, etc). In short, that means the actual model, its mesh, textures, and or any other part of it. Also like a book, only one person can use it concurrently. There is no restriction on where you may use it - at home, at work, on vacation... you may install it and use it anywhere you use a computer. De minute you received a refund, you are not allowed to use or touch the product then trash it.

Privacy policy

If you do order items in the store, enter your name, email, and address, this is a separate database other then the Newsletter sign up. The information will be recorded with your order and wil be automatically sent to me. (Pay Pal payment processing handles all that.) These personal items are stored in a local database with your order information. It is not stored on a network or the Internet. Basically, as you place your order, you become a "registered" user.

This database is used as a record of sales, and registered users. It is not used as a mailing list other then by by Sarponita's Studio for sending a Newsleter, and will not be sold as a mailing list or item (or anything else for that matter) to anybody. Basically, it sits there, and nobody looks at it, unless I need to check up on who owns what.

Your account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. [ Your Account ].

Refunds, returns and guarantees

I do allow returns and refunds for products in 30 days. See more in "My Products".

A email address is also in every Readme file.

Prices are exclusive taxes (BTW) (tax will be calculated only in the European Union and will be settled through PayPa)l.
